I found the 32t16t too high a gear for me so i changesd the front chainring to be a 34t36t with 15t17t cogs. I recently ordered the 16in On One Inbred. I am 5'6'' and have a 30in inseam. I also have a 17.5in Trek Carbon Fuel 98, which fits me like a glove. The Trek has a 80mm stem and straight bar and I feel I could easily handle a 100mm stem (the Trek effective top tube length is 23.1in).
