But today, I got a message from both the hotel and HotelSpecials.se that the rooms where dogs are allowed are fully booked and I have to cancel my reservation. So, I cancelled the reservation, but HotelSpecials.se does not refund the service fee. Their reason: it said on the website that I have to check before booking if the rooms are available.
